The Livelihood ProjectTM
After she realized her own financial and career success, Lynn turned to a new passion- volunteering. She has been giving back to the New Bedford, MA community since 2000.
Her newest effort is The Livelihood Project - A success blueprint for entrepreneurship and career excellence. This is a program that gives the participants a blueprint for success in careers and entrepreneurship. This program delivers the tools that people need to start a career or business that might otherwise have been out of reach.
You've got to have the right tools to succeed. The specific steps that Lynn designed let you leverage your abilities and achieve your dreams.
The Blueprint for Success
A 10 section program that teaches you how to motivate yourself and break through the obstacles to your success.
1. The Cover Page
We all have what it takes to succeed. You need to tap into your inner resources. Seeing yourself at the finishing line can help you get to your goal.
2. Sight Selection
Before you lay your first brick, you need to know where you're going to build. Find your passion and then decide what you're going to create with it.
3. Floor Plans: Keep it Simple
When people start a new career or business, sometimes they try to plan everything at once. Avoid the heartache, examine your options, and chose the first few steps that will get you jumpstarted.
4. Exterior Elevations: How do You View Yourself?
Decide what you want, take the first few steps, and develop a long range plan. How do you want other people to view you? Present yourself and your ambitions in the way you want to be viewed by everyone- especially yourself.
5. Interior Elevations: How do You Feel About Yourself?
You aren't going to have everything you need to complete you dreams at once. Take a look at what's holding you back, and take the attitude of an apprentice. Learning is part of the process and adapting to what you learn is key.
6. Foundation Plans: What has formed you?
We all get to speed bumps in our plans. Stay on course through positive thinking, affirmation, goal setting strategies and mental tricks.
7. Building Sections: Getting through the Thought Process
Realize success through building relationships, networking, and treating other people well.
8. Roof Plans: Keep it Covered
A roof over your head keeps the rain out. Likewise, you need to form strategies that keep a rainy day from ruining your day.
9. Electrical Schematics: How am I Wired?
What thoughts can get you closer to realizing your dreams? What thoughts can stop you in your tracks? Give yourself the power to get through anything.
10. Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning: Motivation
Motivation isn't something you only need in the beginning. Identify the things that get you motivated and the strategies that keep you motivated.
